Fall's First Flames

Autumnal Equinox begins. Colors change. Deep gradient greens graduates to a rainbow hue spectrum of yellows, oranges, and red leaves. Daylight shortens. Night skies darken. Days becomes weeks. Weeks pass on to months. September season shifts. October rains. October mists. October chills.

“While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest,
cold and heat, summer and winter,
day and night, shall not cease.”
Genesis 8:22

Woodstove warms. Woodstove wants. Fall's first flames.

“He made the moon to mark the seasons;
the sun knows its time for setting”
Psalm 104:19
